Meet Our Board of Directors
Kelsey Davis
Kelsey obtained her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park in May 2017. In addition, she obtained her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Currently, Kelsey is a Technical Program Manager for Amazon Web Services. Kelsey serves as the incumbent President for the BTX Foundation.
Cillisha Knights
Cillisha obtained her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, with a minor in Engineering Leadership Development, from the University of Maryland, College Park in May 2018. In addition, she obtained her Masters in Business Administration in 2021 and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Currently, Cillisha is a Business Technology Consultant at Procon Consulting, LLC. Cillisha serves as the incumbent Vice President for the BTX Foundation.
Dominick Littleton
Dominick obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland College Park in May 2018. Currently, he is a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture and co-lead with Accenture’s African American ERG.
Dania Morris
Dania obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in International Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park in Dec. 2017. In addition, she obtained her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Currently, she is a Project Manager at Asensus. Dania serves as the incumbent Secretary for the BTX Foundation.
Marcus Davis
Marcus obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park in Dec. 2017. In addition, he obtained his Masters in Systems Engineering from John’s Hopkins University in Dec. 2022. Currently, Marcus is a Sr. Technical Product Manager at Amazon.
Tomi Falodun
Tomi obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park in May 2018. Currently, Tomi is a Senior Consultant at EY.
Chariah Ghee
Chariah obtained her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Engineering Leadership Development at the University of Maryland, College Park in May 2018. In addition, she obtained her Masters of Engineering in Project Management in Nov. 2022. Currently, Chariah is a Manufacturing Engineering Manager with Pratt and Whitney, a Raytheon Technologies Company.
Darien Strachan
Darien obtained his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park in May 2018. In addition, he obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Currently, Darien is a Software Engineering Associate Manager at Accenture and serves as the lead in Accenture’s DC African American Resource Group.
