Cillisha Knights

Cillisha is a detail-oriented engineer with a passion for taking on challenges and learning new skills. Cillisha obtained her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, with a minor in Engineering Leadership Development, from the University of Maryland, College Park in May 2018. In addition, she obtained her Masters in Business Administration in 2021 and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Currently, Cillisha is a Business Technology Consultant at Procon Consulting, LLC.

While attending the University of Maryland, Cillsha’s campus involvement included:

Through her college tenure, Cillisha interned at: 

  • Cianbro Corporation 

  • Clark Construction 

Cillisha was also apart of Jack and Jill of America as well as Capital Scholars. After graduation, Cillisha accepted a position with Clark Construction as a Project Engineer and was involved with the ACE Mentorship program.

Cillisha serves as the incumbent Vice President for the BTX Foundation.
